Our menu is prepared by the host personally. Most of our products are cultivated and bred in Brandenburg: asparagus from Baselitz, potatoes from the village, meat and sausages from Eberswalde, vegetables from the surrounding area, juices from the Spreewald and water from the neighbouring village.
Our range of German cuisine means there is something to suit every taste – from traditional fare, fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes to special seasonal dishes and even half-portions for the main courses.
Loving preparation and fresh ingredients are the secrets of good food – and when you have your dish in front of you, be careful with your fingers: the plate is hot!
Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to prepare each dish and of course to serve them to our guests without rushing.
