In the "Clavis" restaurant, guests are spoilt with culinary delights from upscale German cuisine and, in particular, the varied, regional Marche cuisine. The menu focuses on game dishes, but also offers a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The ingredients are fresh and preferably from producers and manufacturers in the region. Take a seat at rustic wooden tables, in the enchanted courtyard or on cosy armchairs in front of the fireplace in a very special atmosphere.
