Karolinenhof is in a secluded location in Havelland Luch. Milk from 100 goats is processed here to make a variety of raw milk cheese specialities. Of course, goat’s cheese is the focus of the menu. But the changing menu always includes goat’s meat and pork dish as well. The goat’s cheese cakes and tarts are also famous as well as the coffee with frothy goat’s milk. All of the ingredients used in the kitchen are organic.
