The modern holiday apartment on the upper floor of the house built in 2003 is comfortably decorated. It has a combined living room/bedroom with a well-equipped American kitchen, a sleeping gallery that can be reached by a narrow staircase and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The well-maintained waterside property can be used by the guests.

A barbecue area, garden furniture and a car parking space are available. Guests can rent a canoe, a four-seater Canadian canoe, a licence-free motor boat and bicycles. You can swim in Lake Haussee from the property. There is a swimming ladder.

Dogs are not permitted at this holiday accommodation.
