The holiday home which was finished in 2014 and certified as five star is on a lakeside property of about 6,000 square metres with an old stand of trees and its own jetties as well as a canal.

On the ground floor, the holiday home has a living/dining area of about 50 square metres with a wood-burning stove and a state-of-the-art kitchen, a shower bathroom with a toilet and a combined sauna (steam sauna and Finnish sauna).

The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath tub.

The living/dining area has been extended so its mostly double height.

The wood-burning stove in the living room area provides cosy heat in the colder times of the year, along with gas central heating.

The two-storey living room area which has been extended to the roof has a large table and makes the ground floor feel very generous. There is another holiday home on the property. If both houses are being used by a party of guests, there is a dining area with twelve chairs in this house. 

The décor is of high quality and timeless.
