Der Service war super. Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch sehr gute Hausmannskost wird im neuen `Gewand` serviert.
Zum Schiffsanleger und in die Stadt ist es ein Katzensprung.

Negative:

Die Absprache unter den Kollegen/innen zur Tischreservierung könnte verbessert werden. Wurde aber noch alles sehr gut umorganisiert!!
Die Parksituation vor dem Hotel ist nicht praktisch (tägliche Parkuhr).

Zimmer, Frühstück und (1x) Abendessen alles ok. Sehr freundlicher Service, beim Abendessen war man bereit, ein Essen für zwei Personen ("Senioren") zu teilen, was auch ausreichte - sehr flexibel. Sehr gute Lage des Hotels

Appartement Nr. 34 wunderbar. Frühstück ausreichend, Konfitüren prima.

Negative:

Keine Parkplätze. Vielleicht kann man 3 Parkplätze vorm Hotel von der Kommune mieten. Der Betrag wird dem Gast berechnet. Parkplatzkennzeichnung durch H (farbig). Wäre ganz toll.

Nähe zum See, kleines familiengeführtes Hotel. Restaurant im Hause.

Negative:

Zimmer im Haupthaus sehr hellhörig, Frühstück wird bei Buchung über booking.com extra berechnet. Parksituation schwierig, aber es gibt eine kostenlose Alternative auf der Hauptstraße.

Besonders gut war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Auch das Angebot der Küche.

Negative:

Rheinsberg ist eine weithin bekannte Festspielstadt. Da ist es sehr bedauerlich, dass am Ostersonntag nach der Opernaufführung bereits um 21.30 Uhr alle Restaurants etc geschlossen sind. Das mindert die Attraktivität von Rheinsberg außerordentlich. Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Festival meinen Freunden NICHT weiter empfehlen.

Die Sauberkeit könnte erhöht werden.
Staub auf den Glasflächen und Spinnweben gehören sich nicht für ein Hotel, das Anspruch beansprucht.
