Anyone looking for relaxation has come to the right place here – the Wirtshaus und Pension Steffen inn and guest house in Kagar. A family-run hotel, which has been run for several generations, has eight guest rooms on two floors and a courtyard shaded by old chestnut trees. The "Bäke", a small river that winds through the almost untouched lakeland scenery, connecting the lakes to each other, flows directly through the grounds.

Swimming, hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, horse riding, canoeing, ... – it’s all possible from here or in the surrounding area. 

The restaurant serves seasonal and local dishes, including vegetarian options. 

It is only ten kilometres to Rheinsberg. It is approximately a two-hour drive to the Baltic Sea and a one-hour drive to Berlin.
