A central element is the Fürstenberg gold treasure. It was found in 2008 during construction work on Brandenburger Straße, near the castle, and can be admired as a replica in the exhibition room. The original of the gold treasure is in the archives of the Archaeological State Museum in Brandenburg an der Havel.

The exhibition is accessible during the opening hours of the tourist information centre in the building at Markt 5.
