Relaxed and energy-saving, but still in motion – a tour on an e-bike is a whole new experience. In Berlin and Brandenburg, the “Sonne auf Rädern” network rents out e-bikes (pedelecs) and operates stations in several districts. The pedelecs are equipped with a powerful high-quality motor as well as good suspension and hydraulic brakes. The bikes allow a comfortable upright sitting position. This enables cyclists to conveniently explore the landscape of the Seenland Oder-Spree lake district.

At the location in Hönow, 10 e-bikes are available for rent along with 30 touring bikes and numerous children’s bikes. The complete range of equipment including trailers for children can also be rented. Bikes can be booked for a few hours, whole days or even for several days. Individual arrangements including delivery and collection of the bikes are available for groups of up to 30 people.

At the Hönow site there is also a freely accessible charging station for e-bikes. Cyclists can conveniently recharge their bikes here.
