In almost every village there is a church, each in its own way a little jewel with its own history in terms of construction and furnishings. The different architectural styles of the churches make this tour exciting and interesting. The old plaster, fieldstone and half-timbered buildings as well as the magnificent baroque churches are silent witnesses that tell of times long past. They are all the cultural heritage of the region and are true gems that have been lovingly restored in recent years. Some of the church doors are open in the summer months and invite visitors to stop and take a break. Some can only be admired from the outside, but here too there is always something to discover.
