This tour takes you high up - into the far north of Märkische Schweiz. Characteristic is the versatility, as well as the contrasts of the tour. Besides wide and open rocky and meadowy landscapes, the tour also leads through dense forests and past secluded lakes.

Start out on the R1 Europaradweg in the direction of Münchehofe. The route continues along field and forest paths to Hermersdorf. An old asphalt and flagstone road leads past the trout plant at Lapnower Mühle, via Karlsdorf to Altfriedland to the Langes Haus. The route returns to Buckow through the Stobbertal nature reserve. In the Kneipp spa town of Buckow, a visit to the Brecht-Weigel-Haus (museum) and the Schweizer House - the visitor centre of the nature park - is worthwhile. There are numerous cafés and restaurants in Buckow where you can relax in the evening.

Start/ finish: Buckow market square

Arrival/ departure: with S5 direction Hoppegarten to Berlin-Mahlsdorf; continue with RB26 to Müncheberg; then with bus 928 to Buckow
