The tour leads via Strausberg airfield to Klosterdorf and on via Prädikow to Ihlow. Here you should definitely take a break to explore the artists' village with its old cobblestones. The Zachariashof is definitely worth a visit. In Ihlow there are possibilities to fortify yourself for the onward journey.

The tour continues via Pritzhagen to the Tornow Lakes, which are half-circumnavigated, before continuing through the Stobbertal nature reserve along the Stobber. Arriving in the Kneipp spa town of Buckow, it is worth taking another break. In addition to many small restaurants and cafés, the Brecht-Weigel-house (museum), the Schweizer Haus - the nature park's visitor centre - is also worth a visit.

The route continues on the R1 European Cycle Route to Garzau and Garzin, where there is a fieldstone pyramid to marvel at. Via Rehfelde, the tour finally leads to the S-Bahn station Hegermühle.
