The team at Badebar Erkner is at your service during the summer months. The snack bar and the rental centre are usually open from 10:00 a.m., while the roof terrace usually opens at 4:00 p.m. SUP boards of the brands Naish and STX are available for hire and there are Canadian canoes and regular canoes which can be hired for day trips. In addition to the public services, the bar also has a party room for up to 40 people including lakeside terrace.

The leisure and recreation area is located in the western part of Erkner. The nearest bus stop is Erkner/Berliner Str. The stop for regional trains and S-Bahn (rapid transit train) is called Erkner and is not far away. The central bus station is also located there. The European Bicycle Route R1, the Spree Cycle Path and the Way of St. James pass very close to the site.
