At Cecilienpark in Bad Saarow, right next to the restaurant ‘Freilich am See’, there is a KAYAKOMAT self-service rental facility for kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Rental is flexible and provides access to Lake Scharmützel with its shores, bays and calm waters.

Single and double kayaks are available. The kayaks are easy to manoeuvre and are suitable for both leisurely outings and more active tours. Waterproof compartments provide space for personal items such as mobile phones, wallets or rucksacks.

The surrounding area features a sunbathing lawn, a beach volleyball court, gazebos, a beer garden, a snack bar and car parking spaces.
