The baroque protestant parish church characterises the townscape of Müllrose as a landmark visible from afar. Originally built in 1275 as a hall church, it was completely renovated in 1745-1746 and today combines elements of Baroque and Classicism.

The stately hall building with surrounding galleries impresses with its baroque and rococo-style furnishings. Particularly worth seeing are the pulpit altar and the organ with rococo prospectus, which was donated in 1772. Further paintings, including the restored portrait of the organ donor, complete the interior.
