The Catholic Church of the Holy Family in Rüdersdorf was built in 1905 in the neo-Romanesque style. The cruciform building with a striking bell tower stands on a limestone base and was built in just seven months thanks to the dedication of the parishioners.

Inside, the church impresses with a small organ built by VEB Frankfurter Orgelbau in 1978, which is still in use today with 523 pipes and eight stops. In addition, the walls of the church are adorned with 14 station pictures depicting the Passion of Jesus. They impressively tell the story of Jesus' journey from his condemnation to his burial. The church is an important religious and architectural testimony to the region.
