The "Böttcherei Messerschmidt" cooperage is located in Neu Zittau near Berlin. The business processes hardwood and softwood into high-quality vessels and containers for industry and households. We offer all types of cooperage products and we also deal with specific problems and meet individual customer wishes.

Among other things, we produce:
  • Sauna plunge pools,

  • Plant and flower pots in various shapes and sizes:

round, oval, angular

  • Decorative wooden for private use

such as wooden buckets, scoops etc.,

  • Exclusive restaurant fittings such as:

  • Barrel bar tables,
  • Barrel seats,
  • Barrel-shaped wine bottle racks and
  • Furnishings and decorative objects,
  • Spirit and wine barrels from 5 to 30 litres (round and oval)

The Messerschmidt cooperage also focuses on the construction of heavy barrels and vats. We produce barrels from 50 to 10,000 litres (both round and oval). We manufacture vats according to customer requirements.

We are one of just a few companies in Germany able to professionally repair and restore barrels. Our trade services are very much in demand with well-known spirit companies and breweries in Germany.
