When Klaus Kolbe walks through his garden in the Strausberg Fasanenpark, there is no silence - after just a few meters the big buzzing starts. Around 180,000 honey bees live in the hobby beekeeper's garden. Next to the dwellings (hives) where the bees work is a large meadow with many different wildflowers. The Kolbe family likes to invite interested parties to visit their farm for the annual Brandenburg outing.
