The Pimpinelle dairy sheep farm on the old Oder offers handmade organic sheep's cheese specialties from its own production. The fresh sheep's milk from the farm's own flock is processed into high-quality products in the dairy sheep farm and sheep's cheese dairy on the premises. The range includes sheep's yoghurt, curd, fresh and soft cheeses, semi-hard and hard cheeses made from pure sheep's milk as well as lamb and sheep meat and sausage specialties. In addition, lambskins, sheep's wool, apple juice and walnuts are offered - all produced regionally and sustainably.

From May to September, free guided tours of the farm take place on the last Saturday of every month at 12 noon.
