A country butcher’s, a potato peeling business, a number of specialist meat retailers and the catering business of the Neuzeller Bauernmarkt are all part of the agricultural cooperative.

150 staff members, 5,500 hectares of crop and grassland, 4,000 pigs including 400 breeding sows, 2,600 cattle including 800 dairy and 200 mother cows, make up a powerful traditional organisation that is dedicated to quality rather than quantity. Everything here comes from a single source. The wide range of meat and sausage products includes ham sausage, bacon, home-made style liver sausage, fresh farmer’s style mettwurst sausage, Neuzeller black pudding, Neuzeller beer meat balls, through to Neuzeller monk sausages that have been awarded various certificates.

At the Neuzeller Bauernmarkt you will find products from the agricultural cooperative and other regional providers.

Breakfast is available from 5 a.m. Monday to Friday, and lunch is available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
