Lake Mittelsee is 900 metre long and just 100 metres wide. The narrow lake is surrounded by dense forest. Between the reed areas that are dotted around the shore, there are several suitable fishing spots. Access is provided from the southern tip of the lake, via Tiefensee. Parking is available in the visitor parking of the campsite Country Camping Tiefensee. The circular path along the shore of the lake is 400 metres from here.
