The Spa Park Bad Saarow (“Kurpark”) the ideal place for leaving all one’s cares behind, featuring a pump room, gazebo, pergola and castle moat (“Fürstengraben”). The park was built according to plans by the landscape architect Ludwig Lesser in 1910. The huge pergola forms a gate through which one enters the “Kopfplatz” square. From here one’s eyes are further drawn to the water basins connected by cascades, bringing to the viewer´s attention Lake Scharmützelsee.
