Combined with fresh ingredients and regional products from Brandenburg, creations of the highest quality with a modern interpretation are created under the signature of Chef de Cuisine Stefan Lorenz. Stefan Lorenz's cuisine is shaped by his experiences at Rutz Berlin, the capital's first 3-star restaurant, and by his stint with Sonja Frühsammer, Berlin's first star chef. He puts all his craft, knowledge and that certain "something" into his dishes with full devotion and love.
