The brewer and maltster Gerd Goldbeck learned his extensive specialist knowledge in various breweries. Through his years of experience, he knows exactly about the art of beer brewing. He looks after you personally and shows you which steps are necessary to brew a tasty beer and which you can then enjoy for your own celebration in the associated restaurant. Perhaps you have become curious and you feel like visiting the small private brewery with a restaurant and a own boat mooring near the lock.
