The forest restaurant “Zur Quelle” at Springsee with beer garden is located on the nature campsite directly on the idyllic Springsee. The ingredients are regional and are sourced from the nearby Spreewald and the surrounding lakes. The menu includes smoked trout, golden-crispy zander with spinach leaves and boiled potatoes, fried herring, matjes fillet with homemade remoulade or baked fish with mashed potatoes and cucumber vegetables.
