The tour starts in the south of Slubice. The entertainment and recreation park is located here. At the northeast end of the park behind the bazaar is an old stadium with six running tracks, a soccer field, golf, tennis, beach volleyball and shooting range, gyms and an outdoor swimming pool and an ice rink in winter. The stadium was opened on May 27, 1927 as the "Ostmarkstadion" and has been a listed building since 2014.

The tour continues into cinema life. In Slubice this took place between 1925 and 2005, especially in the “Filmpalast” on Friedrichstrasse. The building was used for recitation, drama, pantomime and singing, a restaurant and a sound film cinema. On October 1, 1947, the cinema reopened under the new name "Kino Piast" and then finally closed its doors in 2005.

The tour leads over the city bridge to Frankfurt (Oder). All cinemas here were destroyed in 1945, so that there were only two small and sparsely furnished cinemas: the Bellevue and the Efka. In 1955 the new cinema for young people was built.

The Lennepark is located diagonally across from the cinema. Located on the old ramparts along the city wall, the park extends about 900 meters in a north-south direction. The Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße divides the park in two. Other recommended parks for a leisure excursion are the Kleistpark, which is a popular meeting place for families, and the botanical garden. But a trip to the Frankfurt Wildlife Park is always worthwhile.

Length: approx. 8 km, duration: approx. 2 hours pure walking time
