Car via A 12 motorway, exit Müllrose or Frankfurt (Oder), continue on B 112 and L 43

Description

The tour leads through the natural heathland of the Schlaubetal Nature Park, which extends over parts of a former military training area. After a short distance, the view opens up onto the 4-hectare boulder park. Here, worked and unworked boulders, created by artists from Poland and Germany, tell the geological history of the region.

Back on the main trail, the circular route follows the signs to the nature trail. It leads past the summer stable and ends at the viewing tower, which offers sweeping views across the heath. The heather blossom is particularly impressive in late summer, when the landscape is a vibrant purple colour.
