Duration approx. 1 hour

Arrival / departure RE1 to Eisenhüttenstadt, bus 400 or 435 to ‘Eisenhüttenstadt, Am Kanal’ stop 

Along the way, walkers can enjoy a view of the former grain silo - a classic among motorised locomotives. 

Another highlight along the riverside path is the saloon ship MS Charleston, which was built in 1941. Today, the Charleston sails as a passenger and event ship on the Oder and Oder-Spree Canal. 

Here you can experience a boat trip in the style of the 1920s, enjoy the slowness and tranquillity and linger on one of the most beautiful saloon ships in Germany.
