The water tower town hall in Neuenhagen near Berlin was built in 1925/26. With its expressionist clinker façade, its Bauhaus-style council hall and its stained lead glass windows, it is a delight not just for architecture fans. The almost 42-metre high building also has a viewing terrace which allows you to see the surrounding area and all the way to Berlin. In 2011, the town hall was given a modern extension, which blends in perfectly with the old building. Guided tours (subject to charge) can be arranged by telephone in advance.
