The brick kiln in Lichtenow was built at the beginning of the 20th century and is located directly on the R1 European Cycle Route. In the meantime, the brick kiln serves as a roost for bats. Therefore, it is not possible to enter the interior of the brick kiln in winter. The area around the brick kiln offers a rest area with an information center and interesting objects such as a replica of a chimney head with original tapping and crampons as well as a railroad track with a transport wagon.
