There are two holiday apartments under the roof of this detached house directly on the Oder dyke and in the immediate vicinity of the Oderaue Genschmar nature reserve with its copious fauna. The larger apartment has a surface area of 53 square metres. It sleeps four and consists of a living room with a lounge and dining area, integrated kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator and microwave and two bedrooms with single beds for two persons each. The small apartment has a living room area of 37 square metres and sleeps two. It consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with the same fittings and furnishings as the larger apartment. Each holiday apartments has a bathroom with shower.

The apartments are located on the top floor of the building with sloping roofs and exposed beams. Breakfast is provided on request. A kayak, a canoe and bicycles can be rented for a fee. In the garden there is a spacious terrace with seating and barbecue.
