In autumn 2023, construction began on three tiny houses in Sophienthal in the Oderbruch region – designed with sustainability in mind, built using eco-friendly materials and offering sweeping views of the countryside.

Whether on your own or with others: the three holiday homes, Barn, Station and Tower, can be used individually or together. The site is designed so that everyone can enjoy their own space or spend time together, for example on the small village square between the houses or on the large terrace in the field

BARN

Sustainable, accessible and family-friendly

The modern timber-frame construction combines eco-friendly building with timeless elegance. The rendered façade blends harmoniously into the surroundings. The house is complemented by a spacious terrace that seamlessly extends the living space outdoors. Thanks to the accessible design featuring a ramp leading into the garden, the house is easily accessible to all guests. For children, there is a small loft under the roof that serves as both a play area and a sleeping space.

Large panoramic windows offer sweeping views of the natural surroundings, bringing light and the landscape directly into the house.

STATION

This exceptional holiday home combines clean-lined architecture with environmental responsibility. The sustainable metal façade gives the building a modern, minimalist aesthetic whilst being durable, recyclable and long-lasting – ideal for a sustainable holiday experience.

Whether it’s sunshine, rain or snow – the changing moods outside become part of the living experience.
