The 70 m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of a residential building. It has a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), the second bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm).

The equipment includes blinds and mosquito protection on all windows, bed linen and towels as well as a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. Consumables such as dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels and bin liners are provided.

A separate seating area with charcoal barbecue invites you to linger in the garden. A locked bicycle parking space with charging facilities for e-bikes and a secure parking space on the property are available. Pets are not allowed, the house is non-smoking.
