A warm welcome awaits you where the horses belonging to the master of the castle and their coachman once slept. The former outbuildings of the castle, built by the Prussian Superior Councillor David Friedrich Gilly in the years 1790-1795, are situated directly adjacent to the castle and the Steinhöfel landscaped garden in a quiet listed position in the village. It was threatened with decay, and was restored and rebuilt in 2012-2013. The four holiday apartments are between 29 square metres and 39 square metres and each is suitable for 2 people - extra bed(s) available. One holiday apartment is designed as an accessible apartment with a specious bathroom. The facilities and colours are perfectly matched to each other, conveying a cosy and comfortable country house-styled atmosphere. There is also a sauna, large garden and several parking spaces. The guest house is a "Bett&Bike" business certified by the ADFC (German National Cyclists' Association). The 'Märkische Schlössertour' cycle path visiting the castles in the area and the 'Oderbruchbahnradweg' cycle path along the old railway line both pass through the picturesque village of Steinhöfel.
