It is situated in the transition area between two very different landscapes that were both formed by the Ice Age: On one side there is the hilly Barnim plateau that is rich in forests and water, and on the other side there is the vast expanse of the Oderbruch marshlands. The two-room apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an integrated pantry kitchen and a partitioned off sleeping area for two people, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a conservatory with seating.
