The historic wooden house dating from 1931 is located on the park-like grounds of Villa Tetens. Built from solid wooden planks, the exterior walls and windows are still in their original state. The house sleeps up to five people. The interiors are tastefully renovated in modern style. One bedroom with double bed and one single room make the house ideal for three people. Two additional people can sleep on a sofa bed on the ground floor. The living-dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with its bright wooden walls convey all the charm of a country house. The bathroom has a shower.

Directly in front of the house there is a terrace, shaded by the large trees of the park. There is direct access to the lake promenade.
