The SEP offers an ideal area for school trips, training camps, company and family celebrations. There is "everything under one roof", well-kept sports facilities for a wide variety of sports, overnight accommodation (3 houses with 34 rooms / 113 beds), full board, lunch offers, event catering, attractive leisure activities such as climbing forest, sports world and much more.

There are rooms with their own shower / toilet, but also rooms with central sanitary areas. A barbecue area, lounges with TV and a table tennis court are available for guest groups. In one house there is also table football and billiards for free use.
