The historic fire station with its wooden hose tower in Schiffbauerstraße is a branch of the Müllrose local history museum. It was built in 1925 and was used to house the technical equipment of the Müllrose volunteer fire brigade. The hoses were hung in the wooden tower for drying. With the expansion of the technology and the increasing quality requirements, the building soon proved to be too small. Its use ended in 1964.

Today, behind its large gates, it bears witness to the Müllrose fire brigade and shipbuilding in three shipyards, which are only remembered by the street name.
