The bathing area at the southern tip of Lake Springsee features a large sunbathing lawn and a big sandy beach. The bathing area is operated by the nearby natural campsite. There are a landing stage, a playground and toilets. A restaurant is located very close by. Parking is also available for those arriving by car.

Among other sources, Lake Springsee is fed by its own spring on its eastern shore. The water in the bathing area is regularly monitored by the district health authority in accordance with the Brandenburg Bathing Water Ordinance and is of excellent quality. The 66 Lakes Hiking Trail goes directly past the bathing area.
