Healthy, tasty and precious elder products from the flowers and berries of one of the oldest and most well-known medicinal plants in Central Europe. This agricultural business is located on the edge of the Schlaubetal nature park. We have been growing various elder species since 2009. We produce a variety of products from elder flowers and berries: from a fruity breakfast spread and juice to syrup and liqueur. The company was awarded an organic certificate in 2017 and can now officially call its products organic. The products can be purchased on local markets and online.
Elder products: Juices, syrup, jelly, jam, fruit spreads, liqueurs, spirit, brandy, chutney, red and white mulled wine, elderberry plants

New: from August-November my small cider factory is open, musts of small quantities of apples, pears and quinces from 60 kg, each customer gets his juice from his own fruits, an appointment is only possible by phone.
