HK Holunder König stands for high-quality elderberry products from its own farm on the edge of the Schlaubetal Nature Park. Since 2009, different varieties of cultivated elderberry have been grown here and processed into certified organic products - from fruity spreads, juices and syrups to liqueurs and distillates.

The range includes juices, jellies, chutneys, elderberry mulled wine and honey from the company's own apiary. The products are available online and at regional markets, and farm sales can be arranged by telephone.

From August to November, small quantities of apples, pears and quinces from 60 kg can be processed into individual juice in the farm's own cidery - appointments can be made by telephone.
