The city's most recent cultural institution has its permanent home on the grounds of the Gerstenberger Höfe at Ziegelstraße 28a, a former powerhouse built in 1906.

In addition to its focus on contemporary drama and modern takes on classical pieces, the small stage of the Modern Oderland Theater presents itself as a house with a standing open invitation for recitals, concerts, guest performances and other events.

The Theatre stands for art taking ist time for asking questions. An invigorating theater!
