The WaldKAuTZ, the cultural, exhibition and tourism centre of Waldsieversdorf, accommodates both the tourist information centre and a museum. The tourist information centre of this state-approved resort provides hikers and cyclists with tips, route recommendations and maps of the town and the region. The WaldKAuTZ is an ideal starting point for hikes around the lakes of Waldsieversdorf and for extended hikes in the Märkische Schweiz nature park and a great resting place for cyclists covering the European Bicycle Route R1.

There is much to explore if you are interested in school and local history, such as the "Historisches Klassenzimmer" (historical classroom) and the "Ausstellung über den Schulalltag" (everyday school life exhibition), which recalls the days of the spelling book and the slide rule. The venue also hosts an interesting exhibition on local history and on John Heartfield, the founder of modern photomontage.
