The saunas at a glance
  • Bread baking sauna - 75 °C
    • The aroma of freshly baked bread and sweet pastries enchants the nose and brings back childhood memories. While the crispy fresh bread is being baked in the wood-fired oven, you can relax in the mild dry sauna climate and look forward to the subsequent tasting at the panorama bar “The View”.

  • Salt sauna - 60 °C
    • Salt has been used as a remedy for thousands of years. The natural salt stones contain many important trace elements for the human body. The trace elements combine with nebulized essential oils to form healing aerosols and have a soothing and cleansing effect on the respiratory tract through inhalation.

  • Cinema sauna - 50 °C
    • Just sitting and sweating is too boring? For all those who find a normal sauna session too monotonous, this is the place to be: Exciting nature and documentary films provide the entertainment program.

  • HikiSauna - 90 °C
    • Hiki - the Finnish word for sweating - can be experienced in this classic Finnish sauna according to centuries of tradition. Also known as a dry sauna, the Finnish sauna heats the body at 90 °C and a low humidity of 10 - 30 %.

  • BioSauna - 60 °C
    • In this mild and gentle sauna variant, you can relax at a temperature between 45 - 60 °C and a humidity of 40 - 60 %, which is gentle on the circulation. After just a short time, the body is warmed up to such an extent that it is detoxified through intensive sweating. Blood circulation is stimulated and the removal of waste products is accelerated.

  • Steam bath - 45 °C
    • The steam bath is a pleasant sweat bath with sauna-like effects. The combination of heat and moisture has an antispasmodic and relaxing effect on the respiratory tract.

  • Kelo sauna - 90 °C
    • Kelo wood is the natural wood of the polar pine. After the tree has stopped growing due to its age, it dries out in a completely natural process in the dry, cold polar climate. This sauna is recommended for short but intense sweating. The intensive sweat bath stimulates the circulation and metabolism, improves the complexion and has a relaxing effect on mind and soul.

Further offers

  • Infrared cabin
    • With a temperature of approx. 45 °C, the infrared heat gently promotes natural perspiration without excessive circulatory strain.

  • Snow shower with a freshness kick
    • The snow shower in the SaarowTherme offers something that winter in this country cannot always offer. Whether you want the snow to trickle down quietly or thick flakes to swirl around you with thunder and lightning, the choice is yours. The body is cooled down in a particularly natural way after the sauna.

Cooling down

Footbaths, plunge pools, large experience showers for healthy refreshment between sauna sessions. The particularly brave dare to venture under the snow shower, which promises an extraordinary feeling of refreshment.
