The youth campsite in the grounds of the youth hostel is located in the the heart of Spreewald Forest, on the banks of the main river Spree and near Lübben. It is an ideal starting point for days out in Spreewald Forest. There are 35 pitches for tents and spaces for camping vehicles.

The youth hostel itself has 127 beds, two separate conference and seminar rooms, as well as the campsite. Parties can be organised in the barbecue area by the waterside by request. Volleyball, football and basketball courts are available for use on the hostel premises, and guests can also play table tennis or outdoor chess. In the winter months (November to February), the whole house is available for rent for groups of at least 30 people.
