Following comprehensive refurbishment, the Kruse family reinstated the house’s original name that reflects its history. The little restaurant with the open kitchen serves its guests freshly prepared home-made food ranging from salads, via chicken and steak, through to fish dishes. Here is a little extract from the menu: Carp burger, Kruse’s Peitz-style fish stew, Zeugschmiede fry-up, etc.
