‘Kräutermühlenhof’ is a faithful reproduction of a traditional Spreewald farm house known as ‘Umgebindehof’. This is reflected in the super-cosy dining area featuring plenty of wood and the impressive half-timbered design of the function room. In summer, additional seating is available in the beer garden.

Guests can enjoy typical Spreewald cuisine prepared using regional produce. The restaurant is also dedicated to reinventing traditional dishes. Examples of this include horseradish schnitzels or the Spreewald burger. However, the menu also includes popular fish dishes, such as trout ‘à la meunière’ or pork medallions. Herbs from the on-site mill garden are used to season the dishes. A selection of dessert options is also available.

The buildings are also home to a rural guest house. The function room “Kräuterscheune” is a popular venue for parties and celebrations with 50 to 150 people.
