The Gerberhaus is a historical half-timbered house with three residential floors in the centre of Cottbus, directly on the Mühlspree. The building, erected in 1760 as a crafts house, was completely renovated between 1998 and 2002 and is classified as a single monument. It is one of the last two tannery houses in Cottbus. Public parking lots and a bicycle rental are located very close to the accommodation. For self-catering there are also shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
