The holiday home is located right by the Hauptspree River in Erste Kolonie, 3 kilometres from the village centre and 2 kilometres from the Spreewald Therme thermal baths. The ‘Teichblick' holiday apartment with two separate bedrooms, a large living room with complete kitchen unit, a bathroom with bath tub, shower and toilet and a large terrace with views of the pond is located on the ground floor. In the attic there are two further holiday apartments, each with a bedroom, a living room with complete kitchen unit and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The holiday home also has four parking spaces and a private charging station for electric cars. Guests can book breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant.
