The two family house with the two holiday flats is located in a green area of Cottbus/ Ströbitz with good traffic connections. In a short time you can reach the railway station, the Carl- Thiem- Klinikum, the exhibition halls, the Energie Stadion, the Spreeauenpark as well as the Tierpark and the Sachsendorfer Wiesen (nature reserve). The holiday apartments are located on the upper floor of the two-family house and have a separate entrance. The household includes a nice dog (Labrador) and a cat. / Description: A holiday apartment has two rooms - one with a double bed, the second with a double and single bed. In the other apartment there are two rooms with two single beds each. Both apartments are renovated and newly furnished. Each apartment has a large kitchen, which is completely furnished. The bathroom in each apartment is equipped with shower, WC and a bathtub. Bed linen and cleaning are included.
