It is located right by the water and on the Gherkin Cycle Path with its own landing stage, where paddle boats and bicycles are available for guests to rent, while punt and horse-drawn carriage rides can be taken directly from the premises. Parking is available by the building. A separate holiday home with two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, shower/toilet and terrace is located on the property.
